It may not be the most efficient way of listening to vinyl records, but it&#8217;s probably the most ingenious. For example, the first video demonstrates how to listen to a spinning record using nothing but a piece of paper:</p>

<p>Neat, uh? And it doesn&#8217;t sound so bad, either! Now, if you&#8217;re wondering if it would be possible to really play a record without electricity at all&#8230; yup, the same principle still kind of applies. Just remember this method involves using a metal needle, so it&#8217;s prone to damage your records. Make sure to try this one with old records you don&#8217;t care much about: </p>
