Things to do if you want to show off your bravado: ride a menacing big animal, just like the cowboys of age used to. If you’re out there on the sea, just ride a whale shark! I guess that’s pretty much the reasoning that ultimately caused this video to get shot… and I must say, that guy has balls! You wouldn’t see me trying to engage this kind of stunt, no siree! Anyone who was alive in the 80′s will be likely to appreciate this video, but that shouldn’t stop the young ones from enjoying it. While this is not a music from my childhood or anything like that, I think it’s quite interesting as an example of the kind of music they used to make back then. Many people might say this is too much electro pop for their taste, but come on guys! It’s always a good idea to try new things, rather than spending your lives doing the very same routine. Listening to new kinds of music is an easy way of doing so.

In case you’re wondering, this tune is called “Don’t you want me” and it was released in the end of 1981; it was 13 weeks on chart and 5 weeks are number one. So naturally it became somewhat of a pop reference, as far as 80′s music is concerned. If you dig the tune and want to sing along the lyrics, just check after the leap.

Wow… I’ve never seen such a colorful and far-out video since my crazy college years – even though in that scenario, I suspect most videos looked far out not on their own merit but as result of my college-like ongoing inebriation. Hm, but that’s besides the point here. I was just watching this video which totally feels like acid flashback, and I felt I might was well share it, for objectivity’s sake. So what you think, lucy? Diamonds in the sky, already?

Anyone who’s a fan of World of Warcraft must watch this video. Anyone who’s a fan of cool CG videos should watch this. Heck, this is a video most people should watch because it’s just outright cool. This precious animated short was created by a professional animator in his spare time, using the WOW engine to great effect. I’ve seen a few videos created with the insanely popular MMORPG, but this one is really something else. Just watch:
