A nice gesture calls for an appropriate response: I’ve just learned about how this Wilmington NC Real Estate agency has a Homeless Animal search program that focuses on finding homes for pets on their area. And of course, their website also allows you to search out a home for yourself. Hopefully you’ll adopt a homeless dog when you find your dream house. I just wish this would become a standard practice, I think it’s a wonderful idea: two thumbs up!

Actually, I could use a fresh start. Setting off into the unknown, meeting new people across lands I’m not familiar with. You know, if I was a big-time investor at this day and age, I think I would travel around the country while putting the so-called foreclosure crisis to my advantage. Well, if there’s something I’ve learn during my day – it’s that every coin has two sides; what works as tragedy for some can also work as opportunity for others.

The thought ocurred to me while checking out this website on Sarasota Real Estate. I’ve never been there, but it sure sounds like a nice place to be; regardless, what really drew my attention was the page about Sarasota FL Foreclosures, along with this one about Bradenton FL Foreclosures. If doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that a) it’s quite possible to buy amazing (yet foreclosed) houses for a low, low price; and b) such houses will eventually be worth a lot more money.

With that in mind, I find myself dreaming of a lifetime on the go, purchasing cheap houses across the country and living in such houses for as long as I felt like doing so, travelling around just collecting new houses like trading cards. If only I had a million or two to spare… oh well!
