Ok, maybe I started this reasoning the wrong way; suffice to say, I’m a guy who takes relaxation very serious, just as serious as actual work. When it comes to the leisurely arts, I rather enjoy keeping myself on the cutting edge… so when I hear about something such as portable hot tubs, I cannot help but feeling a little intrigued. You see… portable hot tubs or portable spas are essentially pre-assembled jacuzzi-like containers that sit above the ground, which makes them easier to install and move around. They come in all shapes and sizes, with assorted features – all of which converge towards the same ideal: keeping its users very relaxed! And I should say, there aren’t many things on this world as relaxing as soaking in a bubbly hot tub for hours on end, particularly when it’s outdoors. Wouldn’t you agree? Then, clear as lightning, fast as dysentery, the realization dawned upon me: I would fund what could possibly become the first Platypus fan club in the world! So,  at this point the skeptics among you (I can spot you down there in the back) might be wondering… what’s so special about the platypus that would possibly be worth praising?

You poor, blunt souls. Do allow me to enlighten you: You see, the platypus is the single animal on earth that shares traits from all tree major families in the animal kingdom. It’s essentially a mammal which lay eggs like a bird, and spurs poison like a reptile. I mean, how cool is that? A platypus is like the swiss knife of awesome bestiality, and it’s certainly worth praising.

Well, anyway. I should say this speedee shirts website is also quite versatile and friendly; creating my custom shirts and processing the order was a snap! Real nice. Now I only need to wait for the postal service to do their thing, and I can start rounding up Platypus praisers such as myself. Once I achieve that… who knows what might happen next!? Amazing and unforgettable things, that’s for sure!

If I could, I’d gladly stuff my face with candy almost every day. Who am I kidding? I’d pretty much eat 100% candy meals from breakfast to supper,  like all the time! But as much as I love candy, I also enjoy the prospect of keeping teeth from rotting, as well as keeping myself from getting morbidly obese. So with that in mind, I decided to allow myself a single day per month to really go on a sweet tooth rampage… and you know what? It’s that time of the month again, so I’m very happy!

I’ve been looking around this wholesale candy website, and I feel like ordering a bunch of everything! I’ve already tried most of those candies, (including some personal favorites such as the Bazooka Bubble Gum ) but this time I feel like going all out! I think I’ll even get some Wedding Candy just for the sake of it. Oh man, if only they’d come up with some kind of nutricious + healthy AND tasty candy, I’d really be the happiest guy in the world!

This place is called the Running Y Ranch (ever heard about it?), and it’s a resort community with full service, which means it offers both peace of mind and a little customer pampering (so far, so good). But get this: they have mild climate with almost year-round sunshine! Also, it’s located in the Cascade Mountain range in Southern Oregon, just across the California border – I never been there but after checking out some pictures I think I will love it! It sounds just like a perfect spot for a little retreat in nature, and god knows I could really use some kind of retreat… I’m tired of doing the same things over each year and all summer.

I went for one of these romantic escapades last weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! I followed a friend’s advice and settled for Rogue Regency Inn, and it was really something else! Warm environments, elegance without exaggeration, nice people, and some of the most amazing suites this side of the solar system. It really makes a lot of difference, when a lodging is locally owned and operated! People are nicer and more caring, and they go out of the way to make you happy… just the way I like it!

If you’re looking around for a place to get a nice romantic getaway, you should really check this out; it was much cheaper than I had anticipated, and the customer service was really first rate. Moreover, I was very much pleased with the friendly atmosphere, and I look forward to come back.

That’s all a bunch of crap, although wearing something like that will definitely make you look like more of a bad-ass. But that’s not the reason why I choose this kind of footwear – most notably in the high winter. You see, not only these kinds of boots are extremely resistant, it’s also extremely water proof and surprisingly confortable. As further bonus, let’s just say that if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to kick someone around, you’ll easily put out some massive damage without even trying!

Meet the Sci-Fi vision of the suburbs!

X-Files, Men in Black and Gattaca … Everybody knows about these names. You don’t? Then ask a teenager and you will quickly get the answer. They are all titles of famous science fiction films or series.

All science fiction movies share several characteristics, the necessary ingredients which will draw the viewer’s attention. One of them is the presence of real characters, normal people in unreal environment. It allows the viewer to identify himself/herself to his/her hero. It is not by chance that the main character is always a human. It is only the world which he/she evolves in that is strange, either completely futuristic or crowded with aliens or giant insects. That way, the person who watches the film can imagine that he/she is actually saving the world from an alien invasion or fighting enormous spiders.

Another essential feature of a good science fiction movie is mystery. Have you noticed that, after watching any science fiction film, there is always something that you don’t completely understand? It is done on purpose to let your imagination run wild. The fact that there is no answer makes you think that, after all, what you have seen is not totally impossible to happen one day or another.

An that is why this kind of movies is so popular among young people. Their imagination is generally much bigger than the imagination of older people. They are often less reluctant to saying “this is impossible, it cannot happen”, compared with adults whose rational mind is obstacle to enjoying this type of movies.
