Have you ever thought about moving to Texas?

There’s something about the state of Texas that’s just strangely alluring. Maybe it’s just me, maybe I just watched too many cowboy flicks when I was younger… but sometimes I wonder what it would be like to just get away from the East coast and head south. I’m aware many people out here tend to nurture prejudice regarding Texas, but in my opinion that’s quite the moronic thing to do. Did you know that Texas means “friends” or “allies” in the Native American dialects? This is indeed an interesting state, ripe with history and cultural significance.
Cool tune, isn’t it? I’ll bet ya there aren’t many states in the US whose habitants are so fond of. This song is a good display of all great things about Texas, and some of those pictures are amazing. I swear, one of these days when I feel like starting over in a new place, I’ll sell all my belongings and get a good piece of Real Estate in the Texas Hill Country and a cowboy hat, and just head out to the friendly state. Most of my friends make fun of me for saying these things, but I really don’t care, man! Yeee-hawww, my soul craves for the wide open outdoors than only Texas can offer.
