Would any one want to lease out America, these days?

Yeah, I know. This is a sign of our day and age, a stigma of our time; but regardless of what you might say, I can’t get conformed. Everywhere I look there’s people going bankrupt, people who face a very real risk of losing their homes. What became of America, and what happened to that old forsaken dream? Is the land of opportunity now the land with no remedy? Is it ever going to get any better, are we ever going to get back to our proud stance as the world’s finest nation? Sometimes I find myself worrying that such thing will never happen… not while there are thousands of people looking for a Mortgage loan modification that MIGHT save them from financial collapse.
In case you don’t know what I’m talking about, a Loan modification is essentially a way of renegotiating your home mortgage loan with your bank, and trying to arrange a way to get current on your payments within a years. Until recently, only families that were already behind on their payments could apply for a loan modification, but now this option is open in several different scenarios. If you’re worried you might lose your house because you won’t be able to keep up with your payments, this might be a way of solving your problem. Although, you should really keep in mind that no one is going to pay the money you owe to the bank… it’s all a matter of negotiating deadlines. If that suits you, then by all means go ahead!
