A tattoo I won’t be ashamed of in 20 years!

Ah… the good old tattoo dilemma. You see, every once in a year or so, I make up my mind that I want to get a tattoo. I usually make some research, eventually I visit a tattoo parlor and I have a chat with the artists, but invariably I get stuck in the same old technicality: figuring out exactly what I want to get tattooed and where.
You see, even though I’d really like to get a tattoo, I really don’t want to just go ahead and permanently blotch my skin with a stupid picture that will cause my future self to get embarrassed about my current self. And trust me – I’ve seen too many such cases in my days, of individuals who might as well have put an “I’m a douchebag” sign stamped to their foreheads than sporting a terrible tattoo; most frequently I get the notion most people really didn’t thought things through before getting their tattoos. And that’s not something I want for myself – and for that reason I keep postponing my own tattoo until I find something that’s really ME.
Well, what can I say? I think it’s that time of the year again! I’ve spent all morning looking up Tattoo designs on the Internet, and while I still haven’t yet been struck by lightning, I’m a somewhat inclined to getting one of these dragon tattoos. But like I said, I’m not letting anyone shove ink under my skin with a needle until I’m really confident I’ve found something I won’t be ashamed of 10 or 20 years down the road!
