From youtube to the streets to shopping online for skating gear.

It’s always the same thing, when I think about it. Every single time. It usually starts with me watching a bunch of youtube videos showcasing extreme skateboard stunts, along with a few homies. And as it goes, one moment we’re just chilling on the living room watching internet videos, and the next moment we’re hangin’ in the local park chatting with the local skater kids and going online to look for some longboards for sale… or try out the latest intricate skateboard tuning. What can I say? None of us has been a teenager for a long while, so those days of leisurely cruising the streets with a skateboard underfoot have swiftly gone by. We all have jobs now, and skating is no longer a lifestyle. But regardless, it’s still a passion!
Every once in a while, some of the good old skater boys still like to put down together and watch the latest internet skating hype, and from there to browsing specialized online skating gear, it’s a quick half-step. There’s much more to skating than just setting foot on a skateboard, although the feeling of detachment that comes from connecting with the four-wheel running board and soar through the city curb… wow, that’s definetely something that sets us all off. I obviously can’t pull off no ball-busting daredevil kind of moves, but truth of the matter is that I haven’t much interest in that, same as I don’t have much interest in self-destruction. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried skating man, but it’s one of those things in life that you really shouldn’t go by without experiencing.
