086 -> Car

Man, I love cars! And I don’t just love watching them, either: I’m all for rolling up my sleeves and playing the mechanic, if needed be. Especially since most mechanics are rip-offs! Also, because ever since my early drivin’ days I picked up an awesome little trick that makes it worthwhile to really get into the do it yourself spirit. You see, after a misadventure in college where I ended up leaving behind a car I very much enjoyed because the transmission had broke and I was in a strange Texas town where people seemed to fancy making fools out of tourists, I made a vow to learn how to fix my own car. Also soon after that, I realized that not only that wasn’t so hard, but I could save a lot more money than I had anticipated. How so? Well, that’s actually quite simple when you learn how to cut the middlemen and pick up your transmissions, engines or whatever car parts right from the source! If you didn’t know that was even possible, just check out this website and prepare to be blown away. Of course you don’t have to go the DIY route, but I’m telling you… it’s a lot more fun!
