Getting heavy? It’s time for heavy workout!

Oh man, talk about summer craze. Today I was walking around in my garden and the weather is warm enough that I felt the urge to take my shirt off. And even though I was totally comfortable about the weather, I’ll tell you something I’m absolutely not comfortable about: Those additional layers of fat hanging around my waist? I had no memory of such thing! Regardless, today I found myself obcessing – and even freaking out a little – about the surplus abdominal volume. But I’m trying to keep my cool here, and I’m confident this is something I can get a hold of pretty quickly with just the right plan. In this case a good plan revolves around getting more exercise, and judging from what I’ve read thus far about Tubulence Training, it might just be the thing for me!

This fat-abrasive kind of training is also known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is an intense working out method that seems to not only burn fat pretty quickly, but also to provide an awesome strength training. So I’m just going to make a little research before lunch, then I’ll start making a training schedule, and by the end of the afternoon I’ll be tackling this little fat issue head on, like a man! And you my friend, should feel free to join me. Sometimes a guy barely notices how he’s getting out of shape, until summer comes along. That’s just the way it goes, right?
