Too much drinks? Try not to get on truckin’ man!

Oh, boy. Yesterday my uncle came for a visit, and even though I really like hangin’ out with him, sometimes it can get annoying. You see, that’s because he used to be a truck driver for most of his adult life; and even though he’s now retired, trucks are still his favorite topic of discussion. Myself, I’m pretty much like an info sponge – I’m fine listening to whatever kind of information comes by my way. The only trouble is that when I spend a lot of time absorbing information on a given topic, my mind automatically starts processing such information on its own.
Well, to cut a long story short, today I woke up with a major hangover. That’s the obvious part, of course. Additionally, the whole morning I kept thinking about strange concepts such as bull bars
and ladder racks. All kinds of stuff I barely knew about, yet the term hovers clearly in my mind. So after doing a little research, it all makes a little more sense now. It’s just the result of spending a night out on the clubs with my former truck driver uncle and drinking a little too much while listening to his grandiose adventures of past. Oh well, I could be worse I suppose.
