If you’ve ever wished you could perform amazing acrobatics and flip around your body like a ragdoll, here’s some food for thought: be careful – if possible, be extra careful. As you can see, the dividing line between a backflip and a face plant is sometimes a little too vague for comfort. Take this dude in the video, for example: he seems to be doing just fine, and just then….!
