My favorite kind of Sunday.

Sunday is one of those days that really confuse me. Mostly because I can’t really decide if I love them or hate them. Well, if you think about it Sundays are great – that’s granted; it’s one of those days you don’t have to do anything or worry about much. But all the while, it can get pretty mind-numbing and annoying, if you let yourself get dragged into the whole Sunday-ish state of mind.
Surely, no confusion should be made: Sunday is just a day, like any other day. But all the while, it’s one of the best day there is to make something really special. My favorite kind of Sunday is when I’ve got some great plans and I find myself feeling like a 8-year old, filled with joy and enthusiasm. This is why I always try to think of new and interesting things to do each Sunday.
If you put your mind to it, Sunday can be awesome… just think of all the things you can do! I’ve found a little trick recently that really helps planning great weekends. Just start a list of things you’d like to do – preferably things you haven’t tried before, such as hang-gliding, or bungee jumping… the more extreme the best. That’ll be your Sunday list, and each Sunday you can just pick a new item to challenge yourself! Think about it.
